Updated bathrooms, remodeled granite kitchen, flat-screen television in each spacious bedroom, wood-burning fireplace, and central air throughout. Expansive wrap-around enclosed porch offers several sitting areas to chat or relax with one of the many books from the owner’s library, a large dining table perfect for family dinners, or challenge a friend to a game of ping-pong or pool. The separate family room w/custom built-in sofas is the perfect place to relax after a long day on the beach. Large fenced rear yard is also a great spot to relax, BBQ, rinse off in the outdoor shower or sunbath! Off-street parking for up to 5 cars. Ping-pong/pool equipment and beach toys included. This house is currently in the process of being remodeled and refreshed, so please check back for more updated photos in the upcoming months. This is a pet friendly property. A non-refundable $250 pet fee is charged for your four legged friends.
