Fantastic vacation retreat! Located in South Rehoboth, this home (currently under construction) is designed with entertaining in mind. Enjoy the massive opened air living, dining, kitchen great room with soaring 10-foot ceilings and unwind in the hot tub located at the backyard deck. Located on the first floor are three bedrooms and three on the second floor, each with its own private en-suite bathroom. Spend quiet evenings in the screened-in front porch or relax on one of the two large second floor balconies (front and rear of home). Hickman Manor offers a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with granite counter tops, custom cabinetry and built-in appliances. Enjoy entertaining throughout the property and bask by the warm fireplace in the great room. Hardwood floors throughout the home with bedrooms carpeted. Property scheduled to be completed in June 2010. Pictures will be added as project continues. Prices are reduced to book.

Rates

Mid-May through September (on-season)
Weekly rates priced from $2,995 - $3,200 (seven day minimum)

October through April (off-season)
Weekly rates priced at $1,500, or
Daily weekend rates priced at $300 /night with a 2-night minimum.

Rates are subject to a 3% Rehoboth Beach Rental Tax, $65 processing fee and a security deposit.
